Victoria Taxi has a fleet of 52 taxis - each of which is very well maintained and inspected on a regular basis. Each taxi undergoes inspection every 6 months by a Government certified mechanic. To ensure a superior level of safety and customer satisfaction, Victoria Taxi’s Safety Committee inspects each taxi every 3 months in addition to Government inspections.
Every Victoria Taxi is washed and vacuumed daily to ensure a pleasant journey for our clients. We also have a station wagon available to help with big loads for an extra $10.00 cargo fee.

We were the first taxi cab company west of Toronto to offer wireless Interac in all of our taxi cabs. We accept many kinds of payments, including:

Tariffs
Meter Rates:
$2.85 for the first 60.92 metres, or fraction thereof.
$.10 for each addenda 60.92 m or fraction thereof.
$.10 for each 10.18 seconds of the taxi's stopping or waiting time.
Time or Mileage Rates:
$35.35 for the first hour or fraction thereof, or $1.65 for each loaded kilometer - whichever is greater.
No charge shall be made for extra passengers.
No driver of a taxi cab shall convey any person, or persons other than the person, or persons first engaging the taxi cab.
Note: The carrying of passengers for separate fares is prohibited.
