Every May, downtown Victoria transforms into a sea of colour and celebration as the city marks the Victoria Day long weekend — a holiday that carries our city’s very name. This year, Victoria Taxi was proud to be part of it, rolling our hybrid cab fleet through the streets we’ve called home for over 55 years.

The Victoria Day Parade is one of British Columbia’s most beloved annual traditions. Thousands of residents and visitors line the route to watch floats, marching bands, and local businesses come together in a vibrant display of community spirit. For us, joining the parade wasn’t just a fun moment — it was a chance to wave hello to the neighbours we drive every single day.
