The sooner we know about a lost item the sooner we can begin the recovery process and return your lost item(s) to you.
Victoria Taxi takes all steps to provide its customers with a professional level of service however, Victoria Taxi cannot be held responsible for items that are lost during the course of a trip.

As per your Lease Operator Contract, it is your responsibility, when cleaning the car, to thoroughly check the car for lost items and promptly bring them to the office. DO NOT just leave it in the car.
Please let the office know ASAP if you find anything in your taxi. If it cannot be returned to its owner on your shift, bring the item(s) to the office before going home. The sooner we get the item(s), the more likely we are to be able to return them to the customer who lost the item(s).Please fill out a “Found Slip” (located on the front reception counter to your left as you come in) and attach it to the item(s) using an elastic or some tape.
Make sure a Call taker or Dispatcher is aware you are leaving the item. If the item is fragile ask a staff member for some bubble wrap. Please put the item in the safe by the door if it will fit. If not, ask a staff member to place it in our lost and found locker.
